Plan 3 Preventive Maintenance Air

This plan includes performing the following checks on air conditioning/heat pump units up to 5-ton capacity(60,000 BTU's):

1. Adjust thermostat
2. Air temperature across condenser and evaporator coil
3. Belt and adjust tension
4. Evaporator drain
5. Fan Blade
6. Fan Control and Relay
7. Filters and pressure switch cut-out settings
8. Freon
9. Lubricate all moving parts
10. Operating pressure of compressor
11. Time delay
12. Wiring

If our technician finds any of the above parts need to be replaced, there will be a 20% discount on said part.
Also, service calls throughout the cooling season will receive a 10% discount on labor.
