Service Plan 1 - Preventative Maintenance
This plan includes the cleaning and adjustment of the following, along with replacement of the nozzle and filter:
- Burner Draft Tube
- Controls
- Couplings
- Electrodes
- Emergency Switch
- End Code
- Heating Unit
- Ignition
- Ignition Assembly
- Nozzle Assembly
- Oil Burner
- Oil Burner Nozzle
- Oil Burner Pump Strainer
- Oil Filter Cartridge
- Oil Motor
Clean:
Burner, Combustion, Chamber, Smoke Pipe, Base Chimney Boiler, and Furnace
Inspect:
Oil Lines, Combustion Chamber, Burner Controls, and Base Chimney
Water Heater:
Cleaning inspection and tune-up $109.00 if done the same day
If our technician finds any of the above parts need to be replace, there will be a 20% discount on said part.
Also, service calls throughout the heating season will have a 10% discount on labor cost.

Service Plan 2 - Comprehensive Service
This plan includes ALL the services listed in "Preventive Maintenance Plan", plus the repair and/or maintenance of the following for the entire heating season:
- Aqua Stat (Allowance:$25.00 single or double, $50.00 triple)
- Fan Motor
- Fan Control
- Fuel Oil Pump
- Standard Type Thermostat
- Limited Control
- Gas Value (Allowance $50.00)
- Ignition Leads
- Burner Motor
- Nozzle Assembly
- Draft Regulator
- Circulator Regulator
- Circulator (1 per year)
- Air-cone
- Stack
- Blast Tube
- Motor
- Electrode
- Pressure Control
- Transformer
Water Heater:

Service Plan 3 - Preventive Maintenance Air
This plan includes performing the following checks on air conditioning/heat pump units up to 5-ton capacity(60,000 BTU’s):
- Adjust thermostat
- Air temperature across condenser and evaporator coil
- Belt and adjust tension
- Evaporator drain
- Fan Blade
- Fan Control and Relay
- Filters and pressure switch cut-out settings
- Freon
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Operating pressure of compressor
- Time delay
- Wiring
If our technician finds any of the above parts need to be replaced, there will be a 20% discount on said part.
Also, service calls throughout the cooling season will receive a 10% discount on labor.

Service Plan 4 - Comprehensive Air
This plan includes ALL services listed in Plan 3, plus the repair and/or replacement of the following for the entire cooling season:
- Blower Motor
- Capacitors
- Condensate Pump
- Condenser Fan Motor
- Condensate Line
- Fan Belt and Pulley
- If needed, add up to two lbs. of Freon
- Safety overflow switch on emergency drain pan
- Service valves
- Start contactor
- Thermostat(Standard)
- Transformers
This plan excludes burnt wires due to electrical connection shorts and/or electrical storm shorts.
* Remember the "Cooling Season" is from May 1st through September 30th.
